Is there anyone else whose IT return for 2024-25 is not processed yet? I had filed within the deadline but had to refile again in December due to some updates for foreign shares. Since then, the filed return is stuck on processing and now it doesn't even show up on the dashboard on the IT website. I saw some friends receiving their refunds 2 months back, a lot of them received it around that time, but mine's still pending.

Anyone else in the same boat?

A friend recently got back from Vietnam and brought me some unlabelled coffee beans — they smell amazing, with a nice chocolatey note to them, and I'm keen to finally move past my Davidoff instant.

A bit about how I take my coffee: I like it strong and milky, and almost always cold — think instant coffee mixed straight into cold milk. So ideally, I'd want to brew a strong concentrate that I can just pour over cold milk whenever I need a fix.

I've been reading up on the moka pot and the AeroPress as options, and both seem like they could work for what I'm after. I'm also hoping to batch-brew and store the concentrate in the fridge for 3–4 days rather than making it fresh each time — has anyone done this successfully?

Would love any recommendations on which method suits this use case better, what equipment to pick up, and any tips for getting started. Convenience matters to me, so the simpler the process, the better!
