From what I can tell, it sounds like either someone who cannot speak in certain circumstances, someone who struggles to speak in certain circumstances, or someone who struggles to speak in general.

If you can, please tell me what it means and even what it's like, in what circumstances it could happen (if that is the case) and if it's a common trait in autism. Thank you!
