Can someone provide some advice?

I am looking for the cheapest option for the Wegovy pill. So many things online are about a first time buyer discount, but I am looking for the cheapest over a period - say six months - on standard dosing.

Would truly appreciate advice. Thanks!

I've booked the cheapest flights possible between the UK and Japan and booking via Barcelona has saved me several hundred £/€/$ over just booking UK-Japan direct.

I am arriving on Ryanair around 1pm and leaving the following morning around 11am.

I imagine by the time I have collected my bags and got to the hotel to drop stuff off/ freshen up, it would be around 3pm.

So does anyone have any recommendations on how to best spend a late afternoon and evening in Barcelona?

I am very open to ideas of what to do and see. I've never been before so everything will be new.

Side question - Will the Hola Barcelona 24H ticket (€11.25) be the best value for me as I think it will based on going to the airport twice in the 24 hours period?

Hi all,

I started taking Berberine to help lose weight just over six weeks ago. Someone I know in the real world called it 'nature's Ozempic' and I read some stuff online which seemed positive. My father was also recently diagnosed with diabetes and obviously I want to avoid that.
I started on 500mg per day, then 1000mg and now I take 1500mg per day - once with each meal as I read spreading the doses out works best.

For me, I have not lost of single pound and have noticed no changes in my appetite or energy levels. I've also had no side effects like some people have mentioned. No idea on blood sugar as I don't test it. My last blood test was about two years ago and it was normal for resting glucose.

The only other medicine/ supplement I take is an 'A-Z' multivitamin I've taken for years.

Is it the case that Berberine doesn't work for everyone? Have I just bought 'fake' tablets (I bought from a reputable company and the tablets had lots of good reviews)? Am I doing something wrong with them?
Any advice appreciated.
