ryzen 5 5600 rtx 5060 8g 32 gb ddr4 corsair and 750w psu

when i play games every once in a while my pc randomly reboots instantly no message, just goes black then it goes into startup. i removed xmp lowered the mhz and after it still continued to reboot i did checks on the ram with memtest, i checked the psu+gpu on occt and then redid a ram check on occt too, i updated the bios and graphics card driver and for a while i was ok until today it happened again. i dont know what it can be someone pls help
