Book recommendations on the history of English floral ceramics?

Retinol recommendations

Hello everyone, I'm looking for some retinol products. I'll be turning 27 soon and I think it's time to start using retinol now. My skin is combination oily and a bit acne prone. Are there any beginner friendly serums/creams you can recommend or should I start with topical OTC products? Please let me know, thank you!!
