an artist like prince

I tend to get curious about the singers I listen to when it comes to the meaning behind their songs and what their personal life was like however I choose to place that boundary and not overstep my knowledge of that person's life bc it straight up feels like an invasion of privacy so I don't believe anything unless they themselves have said smth in an interview, I think it helps form a respect for that artist rather than smth parasocial which is what I see a lot of people have nowadays. I really wanted to discuss this with others but I admire prince in the way that he kept his life private. It seems like he always thought ahead, it's a reason why I don't think there will be a biopic on him, I feel like he made an autobiography (kinda) of his life already so that his story wouldn't be manipulated after his death. he knew how much to say for his own defense but didn't make himself a target. It kind of helped him balance fame and privacy although we learn that he was quite alone a lot. I think the boundaries he had limited his access to the world but I think it very much prevented the quantity of scrutiny he could have faced as a result of trying to be more involved. That sort of professionality I genuinely look up to. what do u guys think

darker neck than rest of body.

I heard that mixed babies tend to have unusual birthmarks when they r little. My older sis used to have a red birthmark around her nose and I had a big greenish birthmark on my back which went away as I got older. Obviously as I grow I notice things about my body but I noticed that my neck is darker than the rest of my body. And yes I have checked, it's not some velvety patch or anything associated with diabetes, there is no texture, no irritation, its not dry (I do moisturise) and it's not eczema. Its literally just dark. And I've been hella confused in trying to get rid of it, using glycolic acid and whatnot but I spoke to family and they said I've always had that about me so I just want some closure on it bc I'm thinking it's js something u get as a biracial person or it's just a feature of mine.
