I was planning to take admission in cs and I am getting chemical mechanical civil in KKW and CS IT IN Met bajubal and other colleges cs am so confused which should I take also I want to take partial drop i want to know if these colleges would let me drop out and if yes will they take 1 yr gen fees from me? And other colleges like sandip, pvg ,kvn ,guru govind sapkal etc CS

Please help me to choose one i think of choosing KK WAGH but I am getting lower branches

Also I want a clg that would let me drop out and will they take the gen fees if i wanted to dropout??!
