Create Noble family?

Create Noble family?

This picture is from pc. You can see there is an option on the right to create your own noble family which essentially allows you to play landless but still as a lord in the empire.

Am I missing something or has this not been added on console? It seems that the only option to play as lord is to select Landless and then administrative and the game gives you some pre-existing characters from noble families that are Landless. However you CANNOT edit them to make them as you please...?

Give me flavour

I have been playing CK3 on console for so long that by the time we get the same content as in PC, the actual Roman Empire might have restored itself.

At this point I’ve: restored the Roman empire about 100 times, played enough Byzantines to qualify for the throne IRL, gone full Viking berserker, and conquered everything as the Great Khan more times than historically acceptable.

So now I’m searching for the weird, niche, flavour-packed playthroughs I’ve probably missed over the years. The kind of stuff where the game suddenly reveals some absurdly specific mechanic and you go: ‘Wait… you can do THAT?’

I absolutely love details like Born in the Purple requiring you to be born in Constantinople and of Greek heritage. That sort of hyper-specific flavour is peak CK3 for me.

Basically: give me your most unique kingdoms, cultures, religions, decisions, storylines, hidden mechanics, cursed dynasties, forgotten starts, or roleplay runs that feel completely different from standard map painting.
