Is there a place to see the stat changes that legendary FTW changes for calamity?

Pc got put in a blue screened of death, disk is empty but I still cant download win 11 or win 10, repair apple won't work

Tried to use a recovery file, and after pc restarted i got put in a bsod and I couldn't us repair tools then, so I formatted the disk. Now I still cant install win 11 or win 10 on it or repair it, hirens says there's no windows installation and the disk is clear so why cant I make a new install of win 11 or win 10??

All I want to do is install windows on the drive. Nothing seems to be working. Any help is appreciated
