In the menu it says its all 938 together but the thing is pretty big - is this correct or should it be more?

I have currently been taking fin for a year and a bit. Want to add Oral Min on top, (oral as i dont want it affecting the cats) whats the best way to start, i see theees only 2.5mg available to start on - is that okay?
