Hello!! I have had Dysautonomia and POTS since my TBI 4 years ago. I have quite literally been through it all. From not getting out of bed for months to where I am today which is relatively pretty functioning. These past two weeks have been HORRIBLE. Severely exhausted, horrible migraine and eye pain, nausea and overall just feel horrendous. What could possibly be causing these flare ups? I haven’t switched my routine at all.
