Been with sky 16 years, reaching end of contract and the default renewal is rubbish. I’m not in the mood to negotiate for days on end. Same drill every 2 years. I’ve looked at sky stream, I can get ultimate, multi room and ad skipping for £15 less than my renewal as a new customer. Odds on sky meeting this price or should I just cancel and get my wife to join as a new customer on that deal?

So I ordered a chair back on 10 June. It’s arrived, but they’ve also sent a second one! Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what did you do with the second chair? I have emailed support to say I want to return the order
