Which camera should I choose?

Recently grew an interest into the e dirt bikes. Looking into getting in the “entry level” bikes. Any suggestions? Hoping to go under $1000 CAD to start with.

I’m 5’7 145LBs and have experience modifying a crazy cart if that helps.
