Lending money on UC

On UC have less than £3000 in savings/capital. I may be lending a family member £800-1000 for emergency car situation. To avoid any issue at a review about deprivation what sort of paperwork or digital trail should I have in place?

it would be paid back in the next 12months but due to overtime etc it’s not going be set times amounts like £200 on 1st of each month as pay check vary. it would be bank transfer and I can put in key words or whatever is best recommend.

not going save more than £6000 in total in the next year before it’s paid back as I know a loan it’s still my capital counted together as such. just trying avoid any headaches thanks for any advice.

Are there are good research papers around disability and aging? or any good books or videos that anyone can recommend?

Ive been disabled for 30years but now having turned the magic 50 all I see is health information to stay health which is all about muscle building and eating protein! it’s all about keeping muscles and fit etc which is all well and good most “average” people but if you have had 20-30 years where your muscles and health haven’t been working then there seems to be zero information.

Is it just assumed you have a big enough illness/disease where there is a big enough community and money to provide all resources that a specific condition is like aging with?

failing that any positive social media older disabled people who talk about any of these issues. thanks!
