Glasses:

• Really impressed with these for the price. The frame has a nice weight to it and doesn’t feel flimsy or hollow. Shape is clean and fits that chunky Chrome Hearts look without being oversized.
• Biggest thing is the overall feel in-hand. Hardware, hinges, and frame all feel solid. Branding/details look good unless someone is inspecting them up close.
• Packaging is honestly better than expected too. Leather case feels decent and everything came packaged nicely.
• For ~$55, these feel like a solid pickup if you want the CH style without spending insane retail.

Timeline:

This has been a staple in my Ninja Creami routine for almost a year. I usually make a full batch in one bowl and split it into multiple pints, but here’s the breakdown per container.

Ingredients:

Sliced Banana — 105g (weighed directly into pint)

- Calories: 96

- Protein: ~1.1 g

Earth’s Own Almond Milk — 150 mL

- Calories: 18

- Protein: ~0.6 g

Kirkland 0% Greek Yogurt — 53 g (175 g = 100 cal)

- Calories: 30

- Protein: ~5.5 g

Revolution High Whey Protein Cookies & Cream — 37 g

- Calories: 147

- Protein: 25 g

Xanthan Gum — ~2 g

- Calories: 0

Optional:

- Cinnamon to top it off

Method

- I mix the base (milk + yogurt + whey + xanthan) in one large bowl using an electric mixer to churn it

- Bananas are weighed individually into each cup

- Pour base over bananas in the pint and stir lightly with a spoon to ensure all the bananas are not sitting at the bottom of the pint and evenly distributed.

Spinning:

- Sit pint in bowl of hot water for 5 minutes fully submerged just below the lid.

- Add a splash of milk on top before spinning

- Respin if needed

- Add mix in’s (Oreos are 🔥)
