Hi, has anyone ever lodged a complaint on tax ombudsman's website. My complaint is against ATO and the way they handled my case and I'm hoping for a better outcome with Tax Ombudsman. How soon did u hear back from Tax Ombudsman after lodgng a complaint online on their website? How was your experience?

I no longer live in Australia as I am the main caregiver of my two dependents - mother and father. We all live overseas where our home country is. I just would like to ask, has anyone applied for early withdrawal of their superannuation on compassionate grounds for medical treatment of their sick dependent such as parents overseas? Can you please share your experience? We are running out of funds and we can't afford any medical treatment.
I have about 60,000 AUD in my superannuation. Is it possible to apply for release of some of my funds or all of it just to help us out here?
