recently got diagnosed with CHS (cannabis hypermesis syndrome) which caused me to throw up for a week straight and im finally under 200 now!!!! im so excited! (im feeling better now too and quit smoking weed so thats good👍) this is what i like to call my “anal bead chart” lol that i use to track my weight.

2 years ago I hit my highest weight of 309.6 in rehab in 2024 and ever since then I wanted to lose weight. I lost weight slowly until I hit 272.3, then my doctor prescribed me zepbound in February of 2026 and I lost even more weight and now im 217.8. I’m in a bit of a plateau right now so I just wanted to look back and see that I’ve actually made some progress. im kinda embarrassed posting this cuz in no way is my journey done at all and i have a long way to go. ive been doing CICO and logging everything i eat in lose it so thats how ive been tracking everything.
