Why nerf XP farming when we've already consumed 100% of the content?
Like god forbid I get 1200 XP for a mission. It's gotta be nerfed down to 600 if I do it twice in a row.
Motherfucker it's like 200,000 XP per level at this point and I already consumed all of the content the game has to offer. Just let me farm XP without penalties that drag the shit out for a fucking month.

Can't build a wharf
I have the boarding party gear, hull bracing, and 12 pounder cannons on my person and I have the quest step that says I can build the wharf, but no option to build it in any of the crafting menus or tables.
Anyone encountered this?
