I would like some opinions

But I have a question for 4xe owners.
I work as a technician at a CDJR dealer in Florida. I was just wondering if the people who do bring their Jeeps into a dealer would prefer to have a direct contact with the technician who specializes on working on the hybrid/EV vehicles?
I don’t claim to be perfect, but I feel like having a direct contact with owners helps solve issues that a service advisor or manager can’t answer or help with since most of the time they don’t know the product or don’t care really.
I also feel like having a direct relationship with the technician builds trust and can help with a better repair or service experience. It would also help to be able to answer questions without having to take time out of your day to go to the dealer or call someone there who can’t help, won’t help or just doesn’t know how to answer your questions without having to tell you to come in.
I like the 4xe product. I don’t own one personally, but I know no car is without faults.
Also another question, I’ve been leaving ducks in wranglers mostly with a little message to the owner. Do you guys think that’s a good thing that would help build a solid relationship with the dealer or tech? I am doing that out of my own pocket and the dealer I work at did not tell me to do that, it’s just something I thought of to see if it’ll help with customer satisfaction and experience.
So let me hear your opinions. And if you’d rather not comment, you can dm as well.
Thank you
