Organic additive for Bud development and Resin/Terpene development

I’ve been practicing organic growing both indoor and outdoor. I’ve primarily used dry amendments (Gaia Green) as well as once a week I’ll apply Recharge.

I’m looking to up my game during the flowing process and try to get bigger better quality dense buds. I’ve got pretty much everything else dialed in on my indoor set up, outdoor is a different story.

What are some of your techniques to increase bud site development. as well as increase density and terps. Looking for the best organic medicine for myself and my friends.

I’m considering buying a liquid supplement for the different states of flower. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Double Partial Knee Replacement - 8 weeks post op, 48M

Hello Kneesovertoes community. I’m 8 weeks post op and doing great after having both knees partially replaced at the same time. I’m getting my strength and flexibility back. Everything I like to do requires having weight on my knees/toes. Wakesurfing, wakeboarding, downhill skiing, Hockey, soccer, mountain biking, etc, hence why I went forward with my double partial knee replacement after two years of trying everything to avoid it.

My surgeon was fantastic (Mayo Clinic), my recovery according to everyone (Dr and PT team) is ahead of schedule and I’m looking to incorporate Kneesovertoes exercises into my regiment for full recovery. I just purchased a slant board as much of my PT was working on decline strength.

I of course will consult my PT, but where is the best place to start for key Kneesovertoes exercises?

I’m guessing there are links to key exercises or the philosophy, but I havent found them.

Completing first grow in Autopots with Organic soil, how do I prepare for the next grow?

I’ve been growing organically indoor since January and am about to harvest. I bought a tent to dry my 2025 outdoor harvest and decided after the harvest to get lights and the full set up with Autopots. Now, I'm almost ready to harvest my first Indoor grow.

I’m preparing to cut them down in the next week as it’s Day 78 of Flower currently and the trichomes are turning cloudy.

I’m trying to understand how to prepare for the next run. I’ve heard that I should leave all the roots in the pots, do I dig out some of the large roots/stalk from the middle a few inches so that I can plant the next small plants?

I plan to amend the soil with Gaia Green All purpose and worm castings. I also have ground cover I can plant. But I want to get started with a new batch right away. I do have some GreenGro Earthshine bio char I can add as well.

I have 2 XL Autopots (6.6 gallon) and 2 XXL Autopots (13 gallon).

Any help? I’d like to start turning this into a No Till - and continue with Organics.

Current Soild is a mix of FF Ocean Forest, Worm Castings, Perlite with a layer of stones at the bottom of the pots. It feels like a good mix and plants have been healthy throughout the first grow!

Can’t wait to see how chunky they get in the next 2-3 weeks! The terpes are insane on the Doppleganger

Screenshot is from overnight with lights off. Similar situation during the day though. Having issues keeping my VPD up. I’m in week 3-4 of flower and shooting for VPD of 1.3. My set up is in my furnace room and Im thinking I need to get a dehumidifier in that room as the tent vents are just releasing back into the lung room. I plan to eventually vent the tents outside the room and ideally outside the sidewall of the house, but temporarily out and above the drop ceiling in my basement. Not sure exactly.

Should I get a lung room dehumidifier or get two small ones, one for each tent in addition to venting the tents elsewhere?
