4 Month Slesp Regression - advice
Hi everyone! Could anyone please share their experience with the 4-month sleep regression? My little one is 2 months old and has been waking up every 3 hours since birth. I’m exclusively pumping, so I’m also up pumping every 3 hours as well.
I keep hearing and reading that babies sleep even less during the 4-month regression, and honestly it scares me because it already feels like she barely sleeps now. My friend gave birth a month before I did, and her baby is already sleeping in 5-hour stretches, so I can’t help but compare sometimes and wonder if this is normal.
I know every baby is different, but I’d really love to hear positive experiences, advice, or when things started getting better for you. Did your baby eventually start sleeping longer on their own? How long did the regression last for you?
As much as I love my baby girl, the sleep deprivation has definitely been catching up to me lately, especially while exclusively pumping around the clock. Hearing other moms’ experiences would really help ease my anxiety. Thank you kindly in advance ❤️
Ps (I realized I spelled sleep wrong ((smh)) I need sleep).
