Dosing options

I’m looking for a 0.5 mL metered dosing pump that I can transfer my testosterone gel into for HRT.
Has anyone found a good source for small metered-dose pump bottles that dispense exactly 0.5 mL per pump?
If you have a particular bottle/pump that you use or a source where you purchased one, I’d really appreciate the recommendation!

Hair Shedding: Anyone else dealing with hair shedding on Mounjaro? Looking for recommendations.

I've been on Mounjaro for several months and it's been life-changing. I've lost about 55 pounds, I've been exercising regularly, and overall I feel so much healthier.

The downside is that over the last several weeks, maybe as much as 3-4 months my hair has started shedding...a lot. Every shower and every time I brush my hair it's coming out in handfuls. I know telogen effluvium from rapid weight loss is a thing, but it's still pretty upsetting to see.

For those of you who went through this:

  • Did anything actually help?
  • Did you see a dermatologist?
  • Any supplements, shampoos, or treatments you felt were worth it?
  • Did anyone try minoxidil, Nutrafol, Viviscal, collagen, biotin, etc.?
  • About how long did the shedding last before you started seeing regrowth?

I'm already trying to prioritize protein, but I'd love to hear real experiences and what worked (or didn't work) for you.

Thanks!

Feb 2026 → July 2026: 52 pounds down, getting stronger, and finally starting to see what consistency looks like. 💪

5 months of consistency. Down ~50 lbs.
Left: February 1, 2026
Right: July 1, 2026

I’ve officially hit about 52 pounds lost since starting this journey.

I’ve been using Mounjaro, but I also want to give credit where it’s due—over the past few months I’ve been lifting weights 4-5 days a week (following Fitbod as a beginner), making better food choices, and focusing on building habits I can actually stick with instead of chasing perfection.

Looking at myself every day, it’s easy to miss the changes. Putting these photos side by side was honestly a little emotional.

Things I’ve noticed besides the number on the scale:
I’m noticeably stronger.
Everyday movement is easier.
My posture has improved.
My clothes fit completely differently.

I still have a long way to go, but for the first time in a long time, I feel like I’m building a healthier version of myself instead of just trying to lose weight.

I also recently started hormone replacement therapy for menopause symptoms, so I’m curious to see how that affects things going forward.

If you’re just starting, keep taking the progress pictures—even if you don’t want to. I almost skipped mine, and now I’m so glad I didn’t because they tell a story the scale never could.

Still a work in progress, but today I’m really proud of how far I’ve come.

Second Hand Suspension System

So I have been looking to add some suspension to my training, I am new to exercising and have been looking for a used TRX system, I found someone selling a BodyBudd Suspension system for $20. Should I get this and try it out? or should I hold out for an offical TRX brand system? I tried to post a pic of the item that is for sale but it isn't letting me.

Skin Elasticity

So I’ve lost about 52 pounds since December, and now I have sagging turkey neck and crappy skin. I’m moisturizing and drinking water. What are you all doing for this issue? Is there anything that could help?
