Trt and back acne

Started on my trt after a few months of enclomaphine. First day was March 24. 200 a week split into Monday/thursday. The last two weeks or so it has popped up. I’m diligent about showering and staying clean. What’s the next step to get rid of this shit asap.

Been daily driving my trucks for years and ready to have something smaller and more fun to daily. I’ll be keeping the f350 so no need for an suv. I have always loved the rs6 Avant but don’t know if I could pull the trigger on a wagon.

Needs to seat 2 and golf clubs at minimum.
