LG specialist job position

Ok I have a few questions about this job I got hired on and today was my first day and my manager told me he will never see me face to face and he will be fully remote. I seriously don't even know what I'm doing and I just sat in a room for 5 hours doing nothing and got a store tour. I got ego checked almost imminently by the other rep specialist in the store. I worked at Meijer curbside for a few years and I liked it and I just left my big corporate marketing job to focus on college and thought this would be easier on me while I'm in college till may. What is a day to day like and what am I even supposed to be doing cause my manager just told me to shadow people that seem to have zero interest in me. Plus do you work the cash register my manager said I had to shadow the cash register for a week and run it which I even asked in the interview and he said no I wouldn't ever be behind the register.

Prob worst festival I have been to 2026 summer smash ( robbed )

Let me just say this is the third summer smash and I went to summer smash 2024 and 2023 and I loved it. This year was weird it felt like a whole different crowd of people. With V.I.P being the whole right side of the stage and them not telling anyone that was going to happen it shoved everyone who does pits to the left and it was complete chaos the whole time. The amount of fights and people who should not be in the pits at all there was insane and them have little security was awful. Uzi was amazing but day 2 is when things got awful. Ian and 2 hollis the pits were the worst pits ive ever seen it felt like there was a fight or someone trying to fight you every 10 seconds.

Cherry on top of all of this at the young lean and bladee set the set I wanted to see the most I got pick pocketed for my phone in the moshpits legit front row. I wasnt the only one 10-15 people after the set was at the lost and found and there phones were also stolen and security didnt do anything about it. With it being no service the whole time and ubers taking up to 3 hours to get after the event this is by far the worst experience ive been thru. I ended up going home sunday cause I didnt risk it with no phone so hopefully the third day was better for the people who went.

one final note them having 2 water stations with 8 hoses each with 50k people in the stadium is a complete joke.
