
Chest pain, am I over reacting?
I know you guys aren’t doctors but you know Reta… I’m on day 4 and I picked up chest pain on the right side of my chest, idk if I’m over reacting or if I should be concerned. I’ve been hitting my protein goals and drinking water. No other symptoms besides muscle pain (could be from the gym) At what point do I see a dr or have some of you guys gone through the same thing. My blood sugar and heart rate will be posted below but are in normal ranges.
