Just pulled this from the first 3 packs I’ve ever opened.

Kind of in shock. From what I understand it’s serialized and quite valuable, but I cannot find really any reliable comps. What am I looking at value wise and should I grade it?

Does Buyee allow you to make offers on an item?

I’m looking at an item, and when looking at the original listing (yahoo flea market) I see that the listing allows you to make an offer, but I do not see that option on buyee. Do I have any options? Any other suggestions?
