Zelle Customer refund chances
I need some help. I've done a total of 4 online purchases with this company. Two via Zelle. Three of them were smooth with absolutely no problem, but one was never shipped. Just marked as "Label Created" since Wednesday. Company is trying to play dumb. The person literally said "oh, that's so weird I mailed it to be overnight shipped to you just today." Meanwhile, in a previous email, they said they mailed it the day before! I'm more pissed at the fact that they are trying to play stupid about it. Like no, obviously you didn't mail it or the tracking would say otherwise. Also they were so responsive in their customer service until i called them out on their lie. They did mail it, yes, But that was for my second order ,not first. I can't even start a claim with UPS because they don't even have the package so it's not lost. Company isn't responding to email or phone. It's also a couple hundred dollars so what the heck. I don't know what to do. Am I SOL? I have proof of them lying, and of me repeatedly asking 'is this the right tracking number' only to have them dodge the question. Please help
