WYR sports game have a fallible but human referee or have a precise-to-the-hair AI referee?

People often complain when there is a digital/AI referee system that uses sensors and video replay to judge the most minor plays in sports games with no allowance for error, but people also dislike when there is a human referee that misses certain details or can have an element of bias. Even though they bring the human touch, which would you rather see?
