Will be downgrading the CSR in a week or so and was wondering if the $300 travel credit still works for airline gift cards.

I have a family plan based in India which i got during my visit there. I have 3 people including myself on the plan who all live in the US. It keeps kicking out the other 2 people even though they have the same Indian address set on their accounts. Is there reason for this or any workarounds?
