Frenuloplasty foreskin

Hello,

Had frenuloplasty 8 weeks ago because I had a short frenulum and couldn’t fully retract my foreskin before. Now the foreskin moves freely and I can fully expose the glans without any tight ring, so I don’t think I have phimosis.

The problem is that during sex, even with a lot of lubrication, I feel this weird “jumping/snapping” sensation of the foreskin moving over the glans. It’s not painful exactly, but really irritating and distracting. What bothers me most is the foreskin sliding back onto the glans — pulling it back doesn’t really bother me.

Another issue is that when I get a strong erection or high arousal, I ejaculate almost immediately and feel like I have no control over it at all. This started becoming much more noticeable after the surgery.

Has anyone experienced something similar after frenuloplasty? Is this normal healing / sensitivity adjustment, or should I see a urologist again?

left curve and instability 6 weeks after frenuloplasty — normal healing or not?

Hey everyone,

I’m 6 weeks post frenuloplasty and I noticed that my penis now bends to the left during erections. Before the surgery, it used to curve slightly upward like a banana because of a short frenulum, but now after the release it seems to bend sideways/left instead.

What’s strange is that the bend is lower on the shaft, not exactly where the stitches were.

I also noticed that even in the flaccid state it naturally leans to the left now. It’s much easier to bend it to the left than to the right. To the left it almost folds/buckles very easily, while to the right it feels much more resistant and doesn’t bend the same way.

Did anyone else experience something similar after frenuloplasty or frenulum removal? Did it improve over time as the tissues healed and softened, or did it stay permanent?

I’m honestly worried because this wasn’t happening before surgery. There’s no major pain, but the change in angle and weaker erections are stressing me out.

Would really appreciate hearing other experiences.

I’m 28 days after a laser frenuloplasty and wanted to ask how healing looked for others at this stage. In my case, the foreskin goes down to the groove behind the glans but won’t move even a millimeter further, and when I try to retract it, the skin kind of rolls up into a weird “ring.” The scar just under the glans is still very painful, and it’s red with small bumps along it (visible in the photos). I’m using a silicone scar gel. Is this something that can still settle down and flatten out at this point—do I still have a chance for a normal, flat scar? Has anyone had a similar “rolled” skin effect and limited movement of the foreskin? How long did the pain last for you, and did you use anything that actually helped with healing?
