Genelec MIDI + Stream Deck volume control on Windows 11?

So I was trying to get my Stream Deck to work with the Genelec 8341's, and I have it all hooked up with my GLM Kit, loopMIDI installed. And I'm not getting any signals with MIDI-OX to show me if anything is happening.

I'm using the MIDI plugin by Trevliga Spel that they also used in the guides for this on Youtube (although they were for Linux) and I recently learned that Windows 25H2 may have caused a conflict in getting it to work. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong here, or if it is the above. But from my understanding there is no good guide to get this going on Windows, is there?

Account locked within hours of signing up?

And the customer service seems non-responsive. If this is any indication of the platform itself then I'm going to have a great time here. I'm glad I got locked before I actually bought something, because I'd be really annoyed if I got locked out after having paid for something. But this is incredibly dumb. I hardly did anything on my account yet because the seller of what I was interested in suddenly went on "Away" status.

I never received the email tied to my account being under review, and since customer service is dead, I can't even unlock the account. Insane.

Edit: Thanks a lot for the reddit account active on here for Reverb. It was fixed rather quickly to my surprise. I did not know there was activity on here. I'll take back my complaint, but I do hope this gets improved upon because it seemed to happen to a lot of new users.

My CSL DD no longer recognized in Forza 6 Horizon

I'm having the following issue. My CSL DD Pro 8NM was a bit of a pain to initially get recognized in Forza 6 Horizon. I had to edit some xml files to get it to be seen using the PID (0020) but after that it atleast worked (Reference: https://www.reddit.com/r/ForzaHorizon/comments/1tf2dj0/for_folks_on_pc_steam_with_issues_getting_their/ )

This morning however, I decided it would probably make sense to update all remaining firmware updates that would be mentioned for my devices. In the end this was only the QR firmware. I wish I never did that though, because it got stuck at 55% and I never managed to finish it. I lost hours trying to fix that. In the end this ( https://www.reddit.com/r/Fanatec/comments/1t0ov30/csl_dd_update_stuck_at_53_error_update_image/ ) did the trick. But I really thought I had a brick on my hands.

However, ever since that finished, my CSL DD Pro which was working in Forza 6 Horizon, no longer gets seen at all. And I have no idea what I can even do anymore. I've tried all sorts of different programs to try and emulate another wheel but its an absolute pain to get functionality properly mapped. For example some of these remap programs don't even see my Clutch pedal at all.

In the end it was this firmware update that ruined the entire thing and I've got no idea what I can do to fix this. I've reinstalled the game, I've reinstalled Fanatec drivers, legacy drivers, whatever I do, under the wheel section the DD Pro is not recognized. And I'm sure its not because of the inputmappingprofiles and wheeltunablesettingspcfiles. They're properly fixed. Really hope someone has any idea of what I can do.

The 1-2 times that I did in fact get the wheel to react, it would start violently spinning around from left to right as soon as I got into the game. At this point I can not do anything but turn it off because its impossible to even press a button.
