Found in my compost pile , decided to pot it up lol
The second plant started growing in the pot on its own

The reason it’s so low is because it’s tried to reach my grow light that’s near my floor, can I fix this ? And why are the new leaves so small and not variegated much? I water about once every 12 days because I realised it didn’t like too much water so I don’t water it often. There is always a leaf that turns yellow after a while . It’s in normal potting soil without perlite , which I think about adding .
