Is it possible to be both Yang and yin deficient ? My hands and feet are always cold but then my cheeks are always flushed and stomach producing too much heat.

Just me? Whenever I drink warm water my throat closes up a bit as if it were to swell up for a couple seconds, not sure if everyone experiences this.

The reason it’s so low is because it’s tried to reach my grow light that’s near my floor, can I fix this ? And why are the new leaves so small and not variegated much? I water about once every 12 days because I realised it didn’t like too much water so I don’t water it often. There is always a leaf that turns yellow after a while . It’s in normal potting soil without perlite , which I think about adding .
