How do I ever afford bottom surgery?

I guess the title says it all. Sure we have the “better” healthcare system in general (more so if you’re cis) but it sucks that Americas insurance will often cover these surgeries 😢 how do we afford it in Australia?

Top surgery forms

I need to apply with the ATO for super release with my psychiatrist for top surgery. He said there was a form that I fill a tiny bit out on and he fills most out on from ATO but I can’t find it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Affirming relationships

So my exes weren’t very affirming with how they spoke to me and I guess actions. I think that’s a big reason why I’m so distraught at my most recent relationship ending because she made me feel so good effortlessly. (I date cis women, none identified as straight) Pls tell me that this isn’t actually rare to find as a trans guy and that I just dated people who obviously didn’t care for or respect me 🙏 I need hope. Idk if this matters but I pass very easily as a guy too

Sad boy

I’ve been ghosted randomly by someone I have a 10yr history with, with no indication of anything being wrong and mid sentence and am dealing with massive heartbreak. But I can’t help feeling like I’ll never find someone like her who accepted me for who I am and effortlessly said all the right things in any situation that made me feel supported. I just feel like where do I fit in in the dating world as I date women. Im not a muscle bro but am quite tall(6ft) and strong with tattoos and piercings but i don’t really know where i fit in. I’ve dated women before who would casually drop diabolical sentences about being trans. I’m from Australia for some context.

Struggling to fit in anywhere

This is going to be long sorry.

*edit* they were also saying which character everyone would be from Sex in the City and they said I’d be Stanley or Miranda 😭 which made me feel like crap and I told them that

Kind of just wanted to post this somewhere to other people that probably somewhat understand this experience. I essentially pass as a cis-male(very tall, deep voice etc) and date female identifying people but am very open at work with my identity. I am the only trans person in quite a large organisation though and it always falls to me to educate people (their hearts are in the right place). I naturally hang out with the girls more who all have boyfriends or have recently had boyfriends but they all say they identify as bisexual, pansexual etc but haven’t ever had any relations with anything but cis men and often bond over their “terrible” past relationships. And while I can be like haha yeah there is always the barrier in the way of I don’t date men and never have and can’t share that same experience so we never bond that far. I’ve also said to them I feel like I don’t belong even though I know they like me. They have said to me no but that’s the perfect thing about you that you don’t realise, you fit in everywhere. However, when their boyfriends come out with us they all gravitate towards each other and go yes the lads are here when I’m literally taller than all of them btw and the girls go oooo look the boys are socialising wow so nice they decided to come out with us girls. So I don’t get put in with the boys but then also don’t get put in with the girls (I won’t get the omg you look so hot etc that they all do with each other) but also don’t get the aw look at the boys. I think they don’t realise by saying I fit in everywhere they’ve kind of put me in a box of not fitting in anywhere.

I know this was super long and I am being a sook but my brain needs help thinking about it. I don’t have trans friends to talk to about it.
