Is this a bed bug casing?

Hello,

I don’t have any rashes but my feet felt itchy last night. Again no rashes or clear bites though.

I checked the sheets and found this when I woke up near where my feet were. Is this a bed bug casing? (This is 3 photos of the same casing)

I searched my bedding pretty thoroughly and this is the only sign I have seen.
