I came across a really good article on supplements and the industry (it’s about de-influencing and skepticism)

Including the link here if that’s ok. Just thought it was an interesting take. Most days I don’t know what I’m taking and I haven’t been steady with what I take. Hoping to be better at that!

Learned the hard way. I’ve been using gentle skin care lately to prep for this but still ended up with harsh results. I tried posting this yesterday but mods removed “because it wasn’t related to Sephora.”

I just want to warn any first time Dr Dennis Gross peel users that the instructions state to massage until the pad is dry, but if it’s your first time, this may be too long.

Don’t forget to always spot test! I incorrectly assumed that a universal daily peel was gentle enough for a first time user. Don’t be me!

Woke up the next day with swelling and redness. Looks like I may have a bit of a burn on my forehead. Day 2 I have small white bumps on my face. Taking it easy on my skin with Dr jart foaming cleanser and ceramide moisturizer. Hiding out indoors until I’m back to normal. I wish I had realized this is far stronger than I assumed.
