Can anyone help me read this?

I'm still tired everyday and have been using my Resmed for over 2 years. My Garmin smart watch ssys I had a 39/100 quality of sleep yet my CPAP tells me my score is great... Is there anything you guys see that's off or strange?

Can anyone recommend a quick and delicious matche latte recipe (preferably iced)

I keep finding recipes but they aren't specific with their ratios. I usually only drink matcha straight (1g of matcha powder for about 60ml of boiling water). Does anyone have a tried and tested simple matcha latte recipe, preferably iced as it's almost Summer! I'm not looking for a huge drink either. If I can compare, i'd like a cappuccino sized drink. Thank you all!

Best chocolate cake in the city?

Because of other plans, we are celebrating Mother's Day this weekend. My mom loves chocolate cake. I am looking for the best you can think of!

How much do these wonderful snakes cost?

Long time lurker. I don't have any snakes but I'm very curious to know what some of these beautiful creatures go for? Obviously, depends on the snake but a ball park?

The last week or two, my sleep has been terrible. My smart watch tells me I'm averaging and 50% quality. However, my CPAP is saying I have on average, 1 event per hour and my seal is good. I am waking up tired as hell. And my wife has had to change beds because of my "snoring".

Is this possible? How can I snore with nasal pillows? It's a mystery to me and want to know if this makes sense. If it does, is there something I can trouble shoot? Try larger or smaller nasal pillows?

I use the nasal cushions with my CPAP. However, the last 2 weeks, my nose has been blocked because of allergies. Some nights I put a nasal spray to clear my nose but I can't rely on that as it says not to use more than 5 days in a row. My sleep the past 2 weeks has been HORRIBLE.

What do you guys do in a case like this? How do you use your CPAP? Do you just not use it and sleep sitting up?
