Tretinoin in Spain

Mixed opinions online so hoping someone has recent experiences. I’m hoping to pick up some tretinoin. Is retirides still available in some pharmacies OTC? I hope to get 0.25mg/g to start?
How quick can you move up? If I find somewhere selling should I get a tube of each strength?

Was delighted with how garden was coming on in our 2nd spring/ summer in new house , that was until a friend came up with a drone! I feel the grass need a good scarification and top dress and/or fertiliser but not sure budget will allow for it 😭 there’s about 1000m2 of grass
