Upgrading CPU (and Motherboard)

I'm new to Reddit, and I've posted this in pcbuilding, then in buildapc and now ive found this forum, want people's thoughts. (had asked ChatGPT, but now I don't trust it)

So my current system:

Motherboard: MSI Z170-A Pro

CPU: i7 7700k

GPU: 2080ti

RAM: 4x8GB of 2400 ddr4 pv4 19200

Case: Zalman Z11 plus high-performance

Parts I've chosen to upgrade, needs to be compatible with my RAM :

Motherboard: MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk (don't need WIFI)

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X3D

cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE

Case: Silverstone FLP02 (like the style)

Pc hardware upgrade thoughts?

So i currently have an MSI Z170-A Pro motherboard, an i7 7700k, a 2080ti and 32 GB of 2400 DDR4 PV4 19200 in a Zalman Z11 plus high-performance case.

I've used ChatGPT to pick parts (not case), but i want people's thoughts just in case the new parts aren't compatible or good (keeping the DDR4 ram and the 2080ti):

Silverstone FLP02 case (like the style),

a MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk (no need for wifi),

a Ryzen 7 5700X3D,

and a DeepCool AK400 Digital (the other cooler is 10 years old at this point and was for an i5 7600k)
