As title suggests I want to get peoples opinions on apps like bevel whoop etc!

I feel like people are always relying on apps to tell them how to feel when

Best advice I can give of someone who is in the sport medical field. Use the app to track your RHR,HRV trends over long periods of time/training and take the sleep tracking aspect with pinch of salt… you know you’re own body and when you haven’t slept good etc

All these recovery/ biological age score a gimmicks at best and again take them all with pinch of salt

Last bit of advice is

Try you’re best to have no blue light before bed (1hr)
Have good nightly routine eg light stretching magnesium before bed blue light blockers and a good book in bed

Try get
2/3hours of light zone 2 a week

2/3 weight session a week

1 session of Vo2 max session a week

Hit you’re marco goals

8-10k steps

And most importantly mange stress levels and be present with loved ones!

If you do these you will be in top 5% of people in the world have not have to worry about gimmicks and scores an app tells you!

Don’t get me wrong I love bevel/whoop for the long term trends but would love to hear a different perspective
