The year is 2099, the place is the Austin-Jackson Axis Corridor. A sprawling jungle of urban decay that's grown into each other like weeds in a garden. Lousy with self serving corpos, cutthroat mercenaries, and jibbering cyberpsychos; it's not perfect but it's home.

Outside of the city a blasted wasteland of blighted desert inhabited by only the most hearty or most chromed.
