Pakistanis earning online if you had to start from zero today, what would you do?

I’m a student from Islamabad trying to realistically make around 50k PKR/month online.

Not trying to become the next Andrew Tate crypto billionaire. Bas decent halal online income so I can stop financially stressing every 4 business days.

My background:

  • Good English (IELTS 8 band)
  • Can communicate well
  • Interested in finance/business/marketing
  • Know basic video editing
  • Can research stuff properly
  • Decent with tech and learn fast
  • Have a MacBook + internet + too much anxiety about the future
  • Can work consistently if there’s actual money at the end of the tunnel

I’ve looked into:

  • Freelancing
  • Copywriting
  • Appointment setting
  • Social media management
  • Short-form content editing
  • AI automation stuff

But honestly har field mein aisa lagta hai 500,000 Pakistanis already entered before me.

So I want real answers from people actually earning online in Pakistan:

If you had 3–6 months to learn ONE skill from scratch and make your first consistent 50k/month online, what would you pick and why?

Also:

  • What skills are actually overrated?
  • Which ones are saturated but still worth entering?
  • Which fields look sexy on Twitter but are dead in reality?

Would appreciate brutally honest advice

i just started dark age and I’m genuinely dont know how Darrow is still walking around.

Like be serious for one second.

This isn’t some medieval sword era. This is “we can probably assassinate you via your toothbrush firmware” level future tech. Everyone has drones, implants, satellites, trauma, trauma, and more trauma.

And Darrow is still just… there after partially dismantling the entire society and personally offending every highly trained , hyper-disciplined, wanabe morally superior Gold killers in existence.

Drop the craziest NUST rumor that actually turned out to be true 😭

I’ll start 😭

Rumor tha ke two people from a society who used to act like they absolutely hated each other were secretly dating the whole time 💀

Like public mein constant passive aggressive comments, debates, random arguments.

Everyone thought they genuinely couldn’t stand each other.

Phir one day my friend casually sees both of them sitting together at some random chai place off campus looking all happy and peaceful 😭

NUST mein enemies-to-lovers arc bhi chal raha hota hai aur kisi ko pata bhi nahi hota.

Hey guys,

Need some real talk about the BS Liberal Arts & Humanities it was added in fall 2024

If you’re in it:

  • What do you actually like?
  • What’s mid / annoying?
  • Any “I didn’t sign up for this” moments? 😭

And most importantly…
WHY was the 2025 merit like 58.5%?? 🤨
That’s giving “too good to be true” vibes. Is it gonna shoot up this year or stay chill?

Context: I’m aiming for BBA (agg ~66.6%), this is my backup… but I’m trying to figure out if it’s a smart backup or a “future me will regret this” move 💀

Drop honest opinions pls.

Thanks legends 🙌
