Would like to hear input from anyone who has Polaron panels on PEI. Looking at a house that has them. Seller has paid off ~5 years; ~8 years remaining. I read about penalties for changes, 0% financing built into the cost, poor service, someone explain "micro inverters" plz?

And has anyone paid off the lease early? Can you? Is it cheaper?

Replacing broil element on Frigidaire CFEF364HSC. Apparently old part number 316199900 has been replaced by 316203200. They sent me old stock, with the former part. Could not explain why the replacement. I know you are not supposed to put in higher wattage. Element supposed to be 2400W. My main question is, can someone explain the two numbers on the replacement part: 3000/2253W? Which is it and am I really OK to put this one in?
