The Outlaws
So these guys were in our town yesterday. Apparently they'd been getting pissed up in the morning in some venue. Then this happened around 1pm. The bike narrowly missed hitting someone by a couple of meters maybe one. The bloke broke his wrist and his leg. This was in a 20mph zone.
Are we looking at a custodial sentence here or 3 points and a hundred quid fine?
