Is there a good reason to use an Angel ECM suite with stealth armor over any other ECM suite? From what I'm reading activating the stealth armor puts you inside the effects of an ECM field, so does an Angel suite let you still counter an enemy controlled ECM, Artemis, probes, and Streaks while maintaining your stealth bonus since it counts as two ECM suites?
