Windows don’t start after secure boot is active

Hello, I’m having a Secure Boot issue on my PC and I can’t figure out the cause.
Hardware:
Motherboard: ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700
Operating System: Windows 11
System drive is GPT
Problem:
A few months ago, Secure Boot worked perfectly. I enabled it to play Battlefield 2042 and Windows booted normally.
After several months, without changing any BIOS settings, Windows continued to update itself. Now, whenever I enable Secure Boot, Windows no longer boots.
What I’ve already checked:
Windows boots normally when Secure Boot is disabled.
BIOS has been updated.
System is running in UEFI mode.
TPM is working correctly.
I restored the factory Secure Boot keys.
In Key Management I have:
Platform Key (PK): Factory
Key Exchange Keys (KEK): Factory
Authorized Signatures (db): Factory
Forbidden Signatures (dbx): Factory
Authorized Timestamps: No Keys
OS Recovery Signatures: No Keys
Exact symptom:
When Secure Boot is enabled, Windows does not boot. Depending on the configuration, the system either returns to the BIOS or simply fails to load Windows. As soon as Secure Boot is disabled, Windows boots normally again.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what could be causing this issue?
