If this happens does Lawson have a chance going to another team?

Purchased for $295k 6 months ago and renovated the bathroom now wants 499k for a monolithic cladding 2002 townhouse. I was looking at this block of townhouses and my building inspector said to steer clear as would likely be leaky. Hope some poor sucker doesn't end up buying it for that price
