18, 10k banked looking for places to start fresh and find work.

Hello, I am a 18 year old who is currently trying to figure out where to move out too from Southern California , I have roughly 12k banked (15k by September), a 5-7k car, and 4-5k of other liquid assets, I have hit a slope with living with my parents, my father isn’t the brightest especially after relapsing on alcohol and it’s really taking a toll on my life and stress levels. I work a seasonal job every few months but want something more permanent(sorry for the venting) . I’m looking for a location that finding work is easy, is relatively cheap, and offers some sort of forest like landscape, it can be literally anywhere just places that finding work is extremely easy to start from nothing at, thank you guys!

Advice on Nathan Mackinnon

Hey everyone, looking for advice. I’m about to buy a pretty big Nate Mack, in more detail it’s a raw young gun exclusive, including photos, the total is around 1750 but I’m buying it in a lot of other stuff so that’s kind of what it values out too. Would this be a good investment or what would you guys reccomend? I’m pretty new to the hobby and younger but want to get into something solid

So, I live in the zip code of 92508, which isn’t far from this other one but, it says it got delivered to a parcel locker outside of my neighborhood? I did check my mailbox to look for a locker key already. the person who sent this to me showed a photo of the label and nothing was incorrect or is, can anyone help me out or know what’s going on?
