Unexplained underwear

I am losing my mind actually.
Today while sifting through my underwear drawer I found a pack of 3 underwear brand new small/medium from a store I don’t shopping at that I NEVER bought.

I live with my blind mother who didn’t put it there and it wasn’t there before it’s literally the first time I’m seeing this underwear. I then looked through my online shopping nothing there.
I’ve literally been trying to wrap my mind around how it’s even possible. The size is even wrong I’m a medium-large.

Could this be a glitch? I’m freaking out.

What over the counter products are we using for flare ups?

Hey Everyone,

I’m 29 got diagnosed with HS sometime last year due to fluctuating hormones because I have PCOS/PMOS and I am a type 1 diabetic.

I use to only get them a week before my period but now it’s becoming more common. I had one boil right next to my nipple recently and then I had maybe 5 at different times and stages on my apron belly and one on my muffin top. Today I see one is popping up literally in the middle of my tummy (on picture). It doesn’t even always pop up in places that sweat often.

I quit smoking 4months ago, I started a new PCOS supplement 2 months ago in hopes it helps.

Just want to know what Over the counter products are people using to minimize flare ups? Soaps wise, or supplement wise?

Things that I’ve noticed almost 3 months in to quitting…

I’m almost 3 months in after quitting, I read the Allen Carr’s Easyway to quit smoking book and it changed my perspective on smoking and actually work for me. These are the few things I’ve noticed that every now and then when I get a craving I go back to:

  1. My sense of smell is so much better
  2. food tastes better
  3. Usually when I get the flu I get really bad upper respiratory tract infections and my chest is so bad now I get literally no cough in fact I barely cough.
  4. My teeth really are getting whiter and my general mouth health is better.
  5. It feels good not depending on a cigarette for anything I do without one.
  6. Saving tons of money I smoked expensive cigarettes.
  7. I am more productive at work and I gossip less lol seriously standing with colleagues and smoking made me gossip more and less productive.
  8. I can walk more without huffing and puffing.

I just got back from my Gynae appointment who I chose because she’s a female and has PCOS too and wow it was such a great experience.

My previous gynae was lovely but she kind of just gave me the generic PCOS advice of “use Birth control and lose weight”.

I then switched medical schemes and had to get one on network, I saw this gynae and she also has PCOS and I’ve never felt so seen by a medical professional before.

She mapped out my PCOS perfectly was empathetic towards me and gave me non hormonal options that worked for her she actually gave me options.

Key takeaways from her in regards to me that I wanna share is:

  1. Everything is 10times harder because you have PCOS so don’t be so hard on yourself. You will lose weight 10times harder than the average person on that same diet. You will struggle with hair growth and mental illness 10 times harder than the average person so show yourself grace.

  2. Don’t look at the scale just focus on being healthier and you will find that the scale will drop on its own and even if it’s just 500g in 3 months that’s progress be proud as long as it’s going down and you’re healthier.

  3. You didn’t ask for this remember that you are not to blame for issues that PCOS causes.

  4. Everyone’s bodies is different and results will vary on any treatment give yourself 3-6months and if it doesn’t change try something new, your period will come be patient. Come for check ups atleast annually or biannually.

  5. There are lots of options for PCOS treatment educate yourself and see what works for you. If you want natural it can work if you prefer hormonal it can work just be consistent and see what works for you.

It was such a great consult and I have another appointment in January. Just be kind and patient with yourself ladies. ❤️
