Yeah, title says it all. It either acts like roar or like PS2, and never consistently one of them

This is my first post, and I hope it works out well. This is based on a spreadsheet I had years ago so it might be inaccurate or missing countries.

Please, give me feedback on something being wrong or missing countries BEFORE downvoting, again, this is my first post.

Edit #1: Missing Andorra, which has 0% Death Tax.

Edit #2: Brazil *does* have tax, I missed this when making the map.
