I've spent the last few months building a Minecraft network called LadderMC.

The project is still alive, but I've hit the point where doing everything myself is slowing things down more than I'd like.

There are servers to configure, plugins to set up, features to design, bugs to fix, and a hundred other things that come with running a network.

So instead of quietly burning out, I figured I'd make this post.

If you're experienced with Minecraft servers, plugin configuration, Java development, or just enjoy creating things and want to help build something from the ground up, I'd love to talk.

Not looking for people who will disappear after two days. Just looking for a few motivated people who enjoy Minecraft and want to help create something cool.
